Downloaded a wallpaper and it looks blurry or cropped wrong? It’s not the image — it’s the display settings.
Windows
Right-click desktop → Personalize → Background → Browse. Set “Choose a fit” to Fill for 4K monitors. For 1080p screens with a 4K wallpaper, Fill crops to fit, Fit shows the full image with bars.
Mac
System Settings → Wallpaper → drag your image in. macOS handles the scaling automatically on Retina displays.
Linux
GNOME: right-click desktop → Change Background. KDE: right-click → Configure Desktop → browse to your file. Use “Scaled and Cropped” for best results.
